I love the preservation aspect of the art as much as the art itself. The bright and iridescent colors are truly eye catching and, invariably with my guests, that has led to a really interesting discussion.

I have loved being able to really study this piece closely now that it has arrived. I am so intrigued to notice the difference in the size and shape of the scales that I think must have come from the python's underside versus the scales on the snake's back. Your use of color is wonderful and from a distance, I Iove the way it looks kind of like a pointillist abstract. I am absolutely enthralled to think about the journey this piece has been on--from the Everglades, to you and now here.
